How to see if you CRUSH likes you.

1. Yawn: Just yawn and see if your crush yawns as well, This means that he was most likely looking at you. Watch is also a sign he likes you. 


2. Body language is EVERYTHING! : If his eyes are looking straight at you...👀👀👀....Then it means he must like you! And if he shoves you or pushes you sometimes in a nice cute way than that REALLY means he probably really likes you. And if a boy pushes you or is mean to you that ether means he Likes you, He is a bully, Or he is just trying to act cool. 


3. Good/Bad Jokes: Tell a joke good and bad and see if your crush laughs or smiles. 


4. Respect or standing up for you: If he respects you in any way that means he could really like you. If he ever stands up for you in the smallest or biggest way with smiling after than you can say hello to an amaz friendship or RELATIONSHIP. 


5. Expressions: If he has I smile on his face but always look away when you look at him then that means that he likes you. If he has a sense of nervousness on his face when you are in the room then that is another sign. 


No matter what you are amazing and deserves an amazing respectful guy. And besides most first or 3 crushes never really work out. But that does not stop you from liking anybody. And you WILL find that "Somone"........

Unfair Dress Codes Put Unneeded Shame On Teens Personal Style.

These days dress codes are everywhere. And sometimes they get out of hand.

Some women are not even allowed to wear T-shirts or shorts. 

 Women get sent home every day for wearing this, Can you guess why?...No, I did not think so, Well it is because it shows the collarbone. 



Sometimes we are not allowed to wear yoga or leggings witch ARE one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing for most people. Women are shut out and put to shame for wearing what makes them feel confident. This is a violation to girls and women of all sorts. People should know that women are women and human too! We should wear what makes us feel confident and strong. We should have our own style and not be shut out or expelled.


We asked a few Girls for their opinion on school dress codes.....

Sarah. Says: Girls should be able to choose what they feel comfortable in. This is uncalled for!

Tori. Says: Women DONT DOUTB YOURSELF.

Abbie. Says: Women should never have their self-esteem put down because of a dress code.

Drees Code Body Shaming 

Sometimes people can go so far as to body shaming young women by calling it a problem and saying unnecessary things about the body and why these girls need to "Put On More Cloths" and "Show Less Skin" It is bad enough they make these dress codes and make these girls wear these ugly unnecessary clothes but what is even worse is saying why they can't wear it. They make it to where it seems like they are body shaming the poor girls. It is not fair because they have done nothing wrong with it.

What these teachers say are hilarious but what they made the girls do is outrageous, Making them wear dirty Jim cloths, To boy shorts and body shaming them.
The stories behind these are all dress code stories. On one of them, a girl actually got suspended from school on her last day of High Scool!

Healthy Teen Diet: Growth

A Healthy Teen Diet.


If you are looking for food that will help your growth, Then you should go on our healthy diet and growth solution!

Just follow these safe and simple steps to help you grow faster and healthier! 
Follow these steps for 2-3 months. Also, our simple safe steps help you grow faster but also naturally.
And if you follow all of these steps correctly you might just see a difference. Not all of these steps are eating food.



1. Eat Turnips 2 times every other week, Turnips are one of the most effective foods to eat that help you grow faster! 
2. Drink 2-3 glasses of milk every day. Helps with growth and has impressive amounts of protein.


3. Eat a good amount of beans at least 3 times a month. Beans have an amazing amount of healthy growth fibers in them to help you grow and have a good and healthy heart.


4. Eat Yogurt at least 1-5 times a week, Yogurt is a very good source of calcium and Vitamin D.


5. Go outside in the sun for at least 1 hour 3 times a week, For this is also a good source of Vitamin D.


6. Jump 35-48 times each day. This will most likely increase a great amount of healthy growth. 


7. You should also stretch every day to increase a good amount of muscle build up and a faster growth rate.

And don't worry that is not all you have to eat but at least follow the steps and how many times you should eat it.

The Maxime growth rate is 4 inches per year. So if you have a slow growth rate don't be discouraged if it does not work in 3 months. If you don't grow at all please come back and let us know in the comments below, And we will do our best to give you more tips. Or try it again for 5-7 months.
